Follow your heart

It is a long process to follow your heart, to go after where your heart is, and to discover what is hidden there deep down as a dream. It can take years to discover it, and it can be a large jump to go after it.
Many processes, many choices, but when you do your heart starts to sing, and you come alive yourself !
For me one of the things I discovered there was this book "The little seahorse". There are traces going back to my schooldays, a dream of blue oceans, of illustration, of Hawaii, and I found this little creature so very special.
Creating it with watercolor, collage, acrylic, cutting and pasting was fun especially working with layers and with colours.
I got good help along the way ! The seahorse also has a message about the heart.
