Thank you for your purchase! Below is an overview of your rights and our procedures regarding returns—both for damaged items and if you’ve changed your mind.

1. If You Change Your Mind (Right to Cancel)

Under the Norwegian Cancellation Act (“Angrerettsloven”), you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order when purchasing an item online or remotely.

To return an item:

• Fill out the cancellation/withdrawal form included in your order confirmation email or download the cancellation form here.

• Clearly write your name and order number on the form.

• Return the item to the address below in essentially the same condition and quantity as received. The item must be unused, resellable as new, and include all original tags and packaging.

📦 Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. We recommend using tracked shipping.

Once we receive the item and confirm it meets return conditions, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If the item is not returned in acceptable condition, it may be sent back to you without a refund.

2. If the Item Is Damaged or Incorrect

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 5 days so we can resolve the issue quickly.

To report a problem:

• Email torunn@torunnurnesmeyer.com with:

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damage or incorrect item (and packaging, if relevant)

  • Your order confirmation or receipt

• If your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions.

🚚 Return shipping costs will be covered for verified damage or errors on our part.

A refund will be processed within 10 business days after the item is received and inspected.
